Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 September 2026
This policy describes how Blitz Haven Ads Reporting ("the application"), operated by Blitz Haven Compute Systems, accesses, uses, stores and shares data obtained through Google APIs.
Who uses this application
The application has no public users. It has no sign-up, no user accounts and no public interface. It is used solely by its operator, Jeremy Hofer, to produce reports for the clients whose accounts it reads.
What data the application accesses
The application reads data from the following Google products, in every case read-only, and only for accounts whose owners have explicitly granted it access:
- Google Ads — campaign, ad group, keyword, spend, click and conversion reporting data.
- Google Analytics — website traffic, engagement and conversion reporting data.
- Google Search Console — search queries, impressions, clicks and indexing status.
- Google Tag Manager — container, tag and trigger configuration.
The application does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, Photos, location data, or any other Google product or data type.
Access is authorised either by a Google Cloud service account that the account owner has added as a user of their account, or by an OAuth grant made by the operator for accounts he owns. In both cases the grant is to a specific account and is revocable by its owner.
How the application uses that data
The data is used for one purpose: producing reports about the performance of the advertising, website traffic and search presence of the account it came from, for the benefit of the owner of that account.
The application does not:
- modify, create or delete anything in any Google account;
- use the data for advertising, profiling or audience targeting;
- sell, rent, licence or trade the data;
- use the data to train, fine-tune or evaluate any artificial intelligence or machine-learning model, whether our own or a third party's;
- transfer the data to any third party, except as required by law.
How the data is stored
Report data is stored locally, on computers controlled by the operator, protected by full-disk encryption. Credentials used to reach Google APIs are held in an encrypted secret store on those same machines.
The application does not operate a server, a hosted service or a cloud database, and does not transmit the data it reads to any system other than the operator's own machines.
How the data is shared
Data read from a client's account is shared with that client, in the form of reports and analysis. It is not shared with anyone else.
Retention and deletion
Report data is retained only while it is useful for advising the account owner, and is deleted when the engagement ends or at the account owner's request. To request deletion of data read from your account, contact us at the address below.
Revoking access
The owner of any Google account the application reads may revoke its access at any time — by removing the service account user from the account, or at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions for an OAuth grant. Revocation takes effect immediately and requires no notice to us.
Limited use
Blitz Haven Ads Reporting's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
